Jen Levesque’s interest in the financial sector didn’t follow a traditional path. It began with micro and macro-economics courses while studying for her B.A. of Anthropology at the University of Massachusetts Boston after earning a A.A. in music at a private college in California. She was always looking for the intersection of ethnographic data with practical applications in the business world. Having worked in both real estate and for an online brokerage, Jen moved to Austin from Chicago in 2018 both to expand in the financial services industry and to put down roots in an area with everything on her checklist. She holds the Series 7, 24, 63 and 66 registrations and continues to become more active in her local community outside of work.
In her current role, she acts as designated supervisor and OSJ Manager supporting the advisors, staff and clients with a variety of tasks including supervision, compliance, account transfers, investment needs analysis and retirement planning illustrations.
Her personal interests include traveling, drumming, singing, piano, bass, trying to learn guitar, snowboarding, hiking, biking, basketball, racquet sports, softball and pool. Regardless of how often she does it, she brings a passion, zest and desire to learn to whatever she does. On any given weekend, you’d probably find her home gardening, cooking & chilling with her cat, Spinach; enjoying the outdoors with her friends and dog, Brisket; or at some venue enjoying live music.
